Sadly, due to the new GPSR regulations, I can no longer post items to Northern Ireland and the EU. Any orders from either destination will be cancelled with my deepest apologies. I am very sorry and am working to find solutions.
How can I pay?
I use PayPal as our payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number. PayPal tells me that you've paid and I post out your order.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
What about refunds?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know and I will be happy to try and resolve any problems. If you wish to return something please let me know within 14 days of receipt and I will send you a cancellation form and further instructions.
What are your shipping rates and dispatch times?
Postage prices are as follows:
United Kingdom - £3.00 flat rate - just one price per order. Packages are sent by 1st class post and should arrive within 7 days.
Everywhere Else - £5.10 flat rate. Packages are sent by International Standard mail service and shold get to you in two to three weeks, if not sooner.
Dispatch time: I try to mail orders within 1-3 working days.
