At this time I only accept Paypal as a payment option.

Shipping
United Kingdom - £3.00 (1st class by Royal Mail)
Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Singapore - £5.10 (International Standard by Royal Mail)
Everywhere Else (inc. USA and Canada) - £5.10 (International Standard by Royal Mail)
I try to mail orders within one to three working days, usually sooner, and you will receive a notification email when your purchases have been dispatched. Delivery to the UK should be within 5 working days and to the rest of the world within three weeks, usually sooner.
All items are sent by Royal Mail but please remember that I am in the United Kingdom so shipping times may be several weeks if you are ordering from overseas. Shipping charges include a small charge for packaging materials and associated costs as well as the price of postage.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the customs fees and duty relevant to their country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know and I will be happy to try and resolve any problems. If you wish to return something please let me know as soon as possible and I will send you a cancellation form by e-mail that you can fill in and send back along with the returned items. Under EU law, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to let me know you wish to return them to me. Return postage is paid by the customer and refunds will be given when I receive the returned item safely. It is recommended that you get a certificate of posting or other proof of posting before returning something to me.
All items are posted from the UK so it may take several weeks for goods to arrive if ordering from overseas.
If the item does not arrive after 30 days I will refund your money or offer to re-make the items for you as soon as possible.
I like to consider myself an honest and helpful seller. I want everyone to be happy with the service I offer and will do everything I can to help. Just send me a message if you need any help.
Additional policies
If you require a larger quantity of an item than is listed here then please do get in touch. I can do custom orders for any of my hand made products and may be able to supply larger quantities of anything else listed.
Your personal details are safe with me. I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order or for legal reasons (e.g. paying taxes).
