This is a small watercolour painting of the hills in the Scottish Borders near my home during the harvest. The golds of the harvest fields always inspire me. Beside a dramatically dark sky and the setting sun, the fields glow with an ethereal quality that has to be seen to be believed.

The image is 2 x 4 inches (5x10cm) painted on a 4x6 inch (10x15cm) piece of quality cotton rag watercolour paper with artist quality paints. It is signed by me but unmounted and unframed.

Each painting is well packaged in a hand made protective folder to keep your purchase clean and is sent in a flat box for ease of delivery.
